Most tee times are available up to 14 days in advance. However, you might see available up to 30 days in advance or more.
Golfpay does not have a weather policy per say. Golf courses have the ability to issue digital rain checks through the Golfpay system. Contact your local course for more information. Each golf course has different rules on rain checks.
If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, your booking deposit will be automatically credited to your credit card used in the transaction in question.
There are no refunds, there are only rainchecks that can be issued by the golf course. Contact the golf course directly for more information.
No. We charge the organizing golfer an online deposit to hold that reservation in the amount of $2.00 per player. As long as players in the group use Golfpay to complete the entire transaction, those deposits are credited to the organizing golfer who booked the reservation, and paid the reservation deposit. They are applied as a credit toward the next round of golf played on any golf course.
If you are the organizing golfer, you must cancel the entire reservation at least 24 hours in advance, and start the process over. You can also cancel if you are a player of a group organized by another player using Golfpay, but that may cause the organizing golfer to forfeit the $2.00 deposit for your spot if a replacement player cannot be found.
The tee time probably became unavailable prior to you selecting the “book” button.
If you have questions about the course or overall course conditions, or need to purchase anything, then the answer is yes, otherwise you do not. Just tell the starter you are checked-in with Golfpay, and show the starter your receipt if needed.
You can check on available credits under your ‘Loyalty’ tab inside your Golfpay account. It will display your loyalty program status per course, as well as progress towards such credit. When you have a credit, it will show up as a form of payment the next time you check in at that golf course, excluding any restrictions.
It will appear as a form of payment the next time you play that same golf course that issued the credit. Some restrictions may apply.
You can pay your green fees on the same day as your tee time. You will also receive text messages shortly before tee time, reminding you to check in with Golfpay.
