When using Golfpay to pay for green fees, deposits will be credited to the organizing golfer's account, for the next round booked and paid through Golfpay. Deposits are refundable if the group's reservation is cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the scheduled tee time, and must be done through the organizing Golfers Golfpay account. To cancel the reservation and get a refund, the originating golfer who booked the reservation must click on "Manage" under Reservation History for the appropriate reservation listed. If the conditions are not met above, the deposit is not refundable.
Green Fees are not refundable. In conditions of poor weather, some golf courses may provide you a rain check on a case by case basis, but Golfpay does not assume any responsibility for golf course policies regarding the issuance of rain checks.
